This is the best pastry shop in SLC hands down!!! The donuts are to die for and the cinnamon rolls are absolute perfection. If you are a matcha fan, you must try the pink guava matcha!! The cafe is very spacious and has a super cute aesthetic too!

Generous hearts, generous great big donuts chock full of love— can’t sing enough praise for how fresh and delicious these donuts are. They would be appreciated even by those that don’t need to skip dairy. Elevated pastry but not exorbitant price. The unique flavors are incredible! I’m officially addicted to these!

You do not want to sleep on Eats - and I mean that! Show up early to get the best selection of delicious donuts, cinnamon rolls, breads, and breakfast sandwiches. They have incredibly flavors - stuff you may not see at your "standard" bakery - and everything is made fresh with real ingredients and suitable for folks who have allergies, dietary restrictions, etc. Their coffee and matcha is delicious both in taste and aesthetic. You can get things to stay and enjoy the rich vibes of the space they have created, or get things to go if you're in a hurry. You won't be sad either way!

Absolutely divine! I picked up a couple of things to share with my in-laws later, but I had a double shot of espresso over ice for my protein shake and then a peach cobbler cinnamon roll. So glad the staff convinced me to go the peach cobbler route over the regular cinnamon roll. This was the perfect place to catch up with a Friday and enjoy a Friday morning sweet treat. You can tell how much craftsmanship and love goes into making their pastries and other items. A MUST go-to place to treat yourself or spend time with friends.

What an incredible gem in SLC! This is our new favorite coffee and pastry shop in the area. We made a special trip from Park City just for breakfast! They have breakfast sandwiches on Sundays and the BEST cinnamon rolls in Utah!

I have a dairy and gluten allergy so eating tasty treats is almost nonexistent. Eats Bakery has options for those who are very unlucky and can't enjoy wither of those ingredients that makes everything so much better. I made the 25 minutes-ish trip to try it out and I was not disappointed! I devoured the cinnamon roll before I had the chance to take the IG perfect pic. I'm also not a matcha lover, and they got me! The Guava Matcha is delicious!

The sweets at this shop are amazing, and love that there is no upcharge for nondairy milk!! I’ve had the coffee, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, and bread loafs from Eats and it’s always amazing! There are two complaints I have. One being that prices are not displayed for the treats, second being the savory food items. My partner got the breakfast sandwich and it was cold in the middle, I thought the sandwiches they had out all day were for display since we went at like 2pm and they had been open all day but they served him one from there. I would skip on the savory items, they are not fresh and they sit right where every customer can breathe and sneeze on them.

The woman taking our order was super sweet and explained and answered all our questions about the menu. The hot latte hit the spot. My husband enjoyed his brew coffee. The cinnamon rolls are sweet!!!!! Delicious but sweet. We each had half and split with each other. Both types we got were amazing. The shop had lots of seating and the cutest water cups. We enjoyed coming in.

Vegan everything and so delicious! The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was absolutely amazing! The best breakfast biscuit I’ve had in a long time. All of their donuts are so delicious! My husband had the ham and cheese sandwich and that too was so good! One of my new favorite vegans places. Highly recommend to anyone even non-vegans.

Get the guava matcha latte! It’s seriously delicious and keeps me coming back. I love the convenience of the bottle opener! No need for plastic waste or straws. The cafe is cute and quaint. The vegan donuts and tasty and I was lucky to attend a breath work class here. My new favorite coffee shop! Get the guava matcha latte! It’s seriously delicious and keeps me coming back.
